Having been raised in a military family in India, Pearl was privileged to experience a diverse spectrum of cultures and traditions, which expanded her horizons and instilled in her, a profound respect for diversity.

A decade in the corporate realm kindled her entrepreneurial spirit, leading to the establishment of POLISH, a thriving lash and nail business in India. POLISH has emerged as a leader in its field, with two successful branches and a third soon to open.

In August 2023, Pearl embarked on a new adventure with her husband and their two sons by moving to Canada. This transition was a mix of excitement and challenges, offering abundant opportunities for both personal and professional growth. It was in Canada that she came across Esmé, a business whose values deeply aligned with her own. Stepping into the role of an entrepreneur at Esmé was a natural step forward, providing an opportunity to share her vision of enhancing lives and delivering unparalleled service to a new community.
